An Australian and an American last 1984 first established Silver Dollar Bar. It was located right at the very heart of Cebu City's uptown area. Silver Dollar Bar's location is very close to hotels, shopping centers and nightlife. In 1989 it changed ownership to another Australian and his Filipina wife. By the year 1993 it changed into a corporation, but still under the control of an Australian (JOHN). In 2003 another Australian (CHRIS) joined the company.
As of today Silver Dollar Bar continues its tradition of providing total entertainment to their valued customers. It is a very cozy place where mixtures of foreigners, from all over the world have come to treat Silver Dollar Bar as their second home.
We boast of the longest bar in any club in Cebu. Like the bar back home, you can feel the comfort to sit and drink ice cold beers or try a range of most imported and local spirits. You may also try one of our cocktails prepared by our beautiful barmaids. We also prepare a wide range of shooters, and also have a list of food dishes to meet most tastes at a very affordable prices, just right to get you in the right mood.

At Silver Dollar Bar, we have a special happy hour from 4PM to 9PM where most drinks are half the price. For all pool players, you can also shoot a game on our challenge table, where you get to play and meet other people like you, and make new friends.
